To secure your appointment, we require a non-refundable deposit for each service. This deposit ensures that your preferred time slot is exclusively reserved for you. The deposit will be applied towards the cost of your service.

Cancellation Policy
To ensure optimal service for all our clients, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. In the event of cancellation, no show, or rescheduling, the deposit is forfeited, and a new deposit will be required for future appointments.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment, without a deposit may incur a $50.00 cancellation fee to cover the lost appointment time.
Late Arrivals
We understand that unforeseen circumstances happen. If you anticipate being late, please notify us as soon as possible. However, please be aware that arriving late may result in a shortened appointment time or require rescheduling to maintain punctuality for other clients

For safety and quality assurance, clients must be at least 18 years or older to receive our services. This policy ensures that clients fully comprehend and consent to the procedures provided.
Lash fills
Appointments will be considered a full set if there are fewer than 50% lashes remaining or if it has been over 4 weeks since your last appointment.
Clients with lashes applied by another artist will require a new full set appointment. Foreign lashes will be safely removed, and a fresh full set will be applied to ensure the best results.
